Location was good. Staff and hotel are awful!!!

Upon arrival, I signed the bill with the amount. On checkout, they did not want to give me a copy of the bill. I insisted and they had charged my room a different rate from the negotiated rate at arrival. I was charged an extra $65.00 and they could not explain why.

The hotel had a great location with easy transportation and parking. The facilities were excellent and clean, including the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the variety of brochures available for local attractions.

Absolutely nothing. We left and went some where else. The place was disgusting. Dirty and was a pimp house. We put chairs in front of the doors at night for safety. Towels were paper thin and yellowing. Definitly will never stay at another Best value Inn

The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be with what they had to work with. The room was as clean as it could be but the furniture needs to be replaced. AC worked.

The chair had a broken leg. When I moved it away from the wall it fell over, the TV didn't work at all but maintenance replaced it.The lamp was plugged in but didn't have a light bulb nnd neither did the front desk. Lots of road noise.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Waco and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the location of the hotel was fantastic as it was situated in an area that had easy access to various restaurants and the convention center. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and attend my meetings. Additionally, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were attentive to my needs and ensured that I had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the comfortable king-size bed, were also commendable. It made for a good night's sleep after a long day of work. Furthermore, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the fresh and tasty selections.

My stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any major areas for improvement.

The bed was hard the covers had a smell to them and so did the room.

The room had roaches the remote to the tv didnt work it looked like a run down motel.

I was so pleasantly surprised by my recent stay! The hotel was in an area that was easy to get around and was conveniently located near the convention center. I loved that they had a whole area with brochures for local attractions, it made planning my day so easy. The room was immaculately clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The service was top-notch and the breakfast had everything you could want. I loved waking up to a beautiful view every morning.

There was one issue with the hotel that was a bit frustrating.

There was high traffic in the room next to us possibly a drug dealer there and his girlfriend kept banging on the door all night no one did anything about it there were someone else's used Hal still in the bathroom no soap no clean towels no slip mat and the sheets have blood on them no I will not stay there again not until they clean up the place

Everything was old style, but the worst was that the bed was like a rock, so hard we did not sleep comfortable at all.

During my stay, I appreciated the continental breakfast offered every morning and the comfortable bed provided in the room. the location was very convenient as it was located close to popular restaurants and had easy access to major highways.

My experience was not perfect as the room did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned and the carpets looked old and dirty. the towels provided were not enough, and I had to call the front desk several times.

Had to switch rooms 4 times to get our room key to work and then she finally used the master key to do that. We sat outside for 50 min w our luggage, when she pushed so hard w the master key on the 3rd door she kicked over our luggage. Well, my 1 month old cell phone was in it and it became shattered. Thru all this she kept disappearing. Now I keep calling. All they tell me is they will give me 20% off my next stay and she got fired for multiple complaints and she was supposed to pay for my phone. Hmmmm...something's wrong w that picture!!
